Invent Graphics does not claim any copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights over any images, files, or content that you upload, edit, convert, or process using our tools. All original content remains the sole property of its respective owners. Any modifications, conversions, or transformations made using our services do not transfer any rights to us.

No Image Storage

We do not store, retain, or keep copies of any images or files you upload to our platform. All file processing occurs in your browser (client-side) and files are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Once you close or refresh your browser, all uploaded content is permanently removed from memory. We have no access to your files at any point during or after processing.

Copyright & Legal Compliance

Using our tools to edit, convert, format, or otherwise modify images does not circumvent, bypass, or negate any existing copyright laws, intellectual property rights, or licensing agreements. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use, modify, and distribute any content you process through our services.

Our tools are intended for lawful use only. Converting or editing copyrighted material does not grant you any additional rights to that material. You must comply with all applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

Invent Graphics, its owners, operators, affiliates, and employees shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:

• Any copyright infringement claims related to content you process using our tools
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of third-party content
• Any disputes regarding intellectual property rights
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services

User Responsibility

By using Invent Graphics, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the content you upload and process. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any content you process through our services, and that your use does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invent Graphics from any claims arising from your use of our services.
